Limited Liability Indemnity

This page sets out the limits of our liability and your indemnity obligations when you use earclean.store or buy from Ear Candle Company USA, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your statutory rights come first
Change-of-mind returns are available within 15 days of purchase, in original packaging with proof of purchase. A $29 packing and handling charge applies and the customer pays return shipping. Contact us for the return address. This does not limit rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Limitation of our liability
Subject to the section above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, however it arises.
- We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was caused by misuse of a product, by failure to follow the care instructions, or by normal wear and tear.
- Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
Website availability
We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable at any time.
Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any reasonable losses, costs and claims we incur as a result of your breach of our Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person's rights through your use of the site.
